Small village located at the foot of the Albères near the Thermes du Boulou between Argeles sur Mer and Spain. Your Mer gîte is at the foot of the departure points for hiking and mountain biking. The Pedra Llampada Estate is on a 1.5 hectare park. You can walk there alone, as a couple, with friends or with your pet who are welcome at the Domaine. The swimming pool shared by the 3 gîtes has an exceptional view of the Pic du Néoulous and the Albères. Your Gîte Mer is ideally located for visiting the pearls of Catalonia. Because we are close to Collioure, Castelnou and Perpignan. Muriel and Laurent will be happy to advise you and show you the most beautiful places to see. Your Sea Cottage of approximately 50m2, bright, fully equipped, with a beautiful terrace of approximately 20m2 equipped with a plancha, a summer lounge, an outdoor table and two chairs and 2 deck chairs. The cottage is composed of an air-conditioned living room/kitchen with convertible sofa, a flat screen TV and a free 6E fiber WIFI connection. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, an induction hob, a hood, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a capsule coffee machine, a coffee maker and a kettle, basic kitchen utensils (pots and pans), crockery and cutlery, household welcome kit: (salt, pepper, coffee). The bedroom is air-conditioned with a large 160 cm bed, with a wardrobe with hangers, a superb bathroom with a shower, a large sink, a hairdryer and a washing machine.
